Confidential Financial Assistance
Team Survivor offers financial assistance for any paddling member who has had cancer and who has participated in at least 50% of the practices over the previous 6 months. Fill out the form below and it will be reviewed by our VP of Internal affairs as soon as possible.
Amount of Assistance
For a kit (jersey and/or hat), the expenditure would not exceed the pricing at the time.
For away race expenses, $200/race, one race per year.
Waiver of annual dues up to $150.
