Team Survivor offers a range of free fitness programs to female cancer survivors. Our activities range from the gentle workout of yoga to the high intensity training of our gold medal-winning dragon boat team. A big factor in the success of our programs is that they are offered at no cost to participants, thanks to the generosity of our donors. This is important as many people suffer financial hardship following a cancer diagnosis and would otherwise be unable to participate in an athletic program.
