RESTORATIVE YOGA Mondays in Rancho Bernardo
Join us on Mondays at 10am for Restorative Yoga with Jecenia Hildalgo. "With nearly 20 years of training and practice in Yoga, I feel that yoga fosters connection - to oneself, to others – and this is where the magic truly happens. I enjoy creating programs that are suited to individual needs. Like a beautiful puzzle, we build and create a healthier, stronger, and more abundant self one breath and posture at a time. Yoga means union, and so we are fostering that connection every time we are on, and even off, our mats. My greatest hope and passion is to help others discover their own resilience, vitality, wisdom and a healing path through yoga!" Note: you must show proof of COVID-19 Vaccination to attend this class.
Remember - TSSD Membership required - FREE! Simply download the Information, Medical Release, Waiver, and Covid-19 Vaccination Record forms. Fill out and bring the completed forms to your first attendance.
