TEAM PADDLING also known as Dragon Boat paddling!

Almost every Sunday our "Sea Dragon" team paddles canoes called "dragon boats."  These boats have 10 or 20 paddlers and we have a fabulous coach who teaches us the sport and gives us a great workout.

Paddling is often helpful for breast cancer survivors for the condition of lymphedema.  You must be fully healed from treatments and surgeries but if you love a good workout, enjoy being on the water, and the camaraderie of an awesome team sport, check it out.

Want to try it?  Click on GET WET for the paddling scheduleLearn more about the dragon boat sport on the DRAGON BOAT! menu above.
