Member Privacy
We collect limited personal information from paddlers to support team operations, safety, and participation in events.
This may include:

Contact information (email, phone, address)

Date of birth (for waiver and safety purposes)

Type of cancer (to determine eligibility for certain races, such as breast cancer–only events)
This information is used only for team-related purposes, including communication, safety, race coordination, and administrative needs. Access to member information is limited to board members, captains, and, when necessary, committee chairs (for example, to organize races or send get-well cards).
